What happens when a homemaker, a software engineer, and an architect walk into a kitchen with clay and stories wearing pyjamas…? They get covered in clay and start a magical little business! That’s how The Witches Lab began—just three women laughing, bonding, and discovering that playing with clay could be way more fun than spreadsheets or blueprints. We all have different lives, but our shared love for travel, colors, and patterns keeps us connected—and inspires every whimsical piece we create.

From Hobby to Heart
We started slow, selling pieces to friends and family (who, let’s be honest, were our first test subjects). But this year, The Witches Lab is growing up! We’ve been spreading our wings beyond the kitchen table—partnering with wonderful physical stores and joining magical pop-up markets across Australia. Each new space helps us connect with more kindred spirits who love a good story (and a good mug). It’s been a journey of showing up, setting up, and growing up—one market stall at a time.
