Each piece we make is unique and lovingly crafted by hand. While we try our very best to provide accurate pictures of every item, please remember there’s a human behind each creation! Slight imperfections or variations in colour, size, and texture are completely normal—those little differences are what make each piece one of a kind. It’s the beauty of handmade, and we celebrate those imperfections because they make your pottery special and full of character.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a fault, we’re here to make things right. Since every product is a unique, one-off creation, we cannot offer replacements, but we will issue a full refund for any damaged items. Just let us know within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing us at the3witcheslab@gmail.com, and please include your order number and some photos of the damage. We’ll take care of the rest!
Refunds—Nice and Easy
Once we’ve confirmed the issue with your item, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that we do not offer returns for any other reason, and we are unable to refund shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
