Shipping Policy

We believe your new handmade ceramics should reach you as quickly as possible! Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order (because, you know, ceramics can be a little hefty—but that's part of their charm, right?). We’ll ship your order within 2 business days after you place it, unless we're juggling a whole lot of pottery and need an extra moment.

Shipping Times

We can’t predict exactly when your new favorite piece will arrive, but it usually takes around 7-10 days, however most packages will arrive much sooner than this! 
 

We can give you a good idea on the transit time. Here's a quick guide:
* Sydney & Canberra: 3-4 business days
* Melbourne: 3-4 business days
* Brisbane: 4-5 business days
* Perth: 5-7 business days (But it’ll be worth the wait!)
* Adelaide: 3-4 business days
* Tasmania & NT: 7+ days

If it takes a little longer, don't worry—your pottery is just taking the scenic route. We’ll always send you a tracking number, so you can follow your package's journey from our studio to your doorstep!

Make Sure Your Details are Spot-On

When you’re checking out, make sure your shipping address is all correct! We can’t be responsible for orders that get lost because of an incorrect address, but if you realise you’ve made a mistake, let us know ASAP and we’ll try to sort it out.
